Training details
During training program young professionals joins as Officers Trainee or Management Trainees and paid monthly stipends.
During training program young professionals joins as Officers Trainee or Management Trainees and paid monthly stipends.
Other attractive perquisites such as furnished bachelor accommodation, reimbursement of fees for the purpose to acquire skills which are useful to banks such as Computer skills and Foreign language skills are also provided by bank.
After Training
After successful completion of this program, young professionals are posted as "Deputy Managers"/"Managers" in one of the groups or domestic offices.
The group in which young professionals will be posted are decided based on

- Preference
- Aptitude
- Banks requirements for staff in different groups
Bank doesn't recruit directly for higher positions other than some exceptions(where highly specialised skills are needed), so this program is the main entry point into the Exim bank with wonderful, challenging and long term career.
